Fifth day of AAP’s Jhadu Chalao Yatra

AAP goes to Narela and Bawana

New Delhi: On the fifth day of the Aam Aadmi Party’s (AAP) “Jhadu Chalao Yatra – Jhadu Chalao beiman Bhagao”, AAP’s candidates led by party’s national convenor Arvind Kejriwal went to Narela and Bawana Assembly constituencies in the north-west Delhi.

The Yatra started at 10 am from Kheda Kalan area in Narela. AAP’s candidates Baljeet Singh Maan(Narela) and Gajananad (Bawana) were in the Yatra throughout.

The yatra travelled extensively through both the constituencies which consist of lot of villages. All during the yatra, people came in large numbers to meet AAP leaders and share their problems with them.

One of the remarkable features of the yatra has been people waiting on yatra route to see and meet Arvind Kejriwal and AAP’s candidates and today was no different too.

AAP leaders promised the numerous villagers, who came to meet them during the yatra, that they will do everything to bring development to them and do justice to them. They promised to provide them a clean and honest administration.

At several places, people left their work to come and meet AAP leaders. AAP thanks all such supporters and is determined to fulfil all promises made to them. The yatra  received favorable response from women as well, who came out in large number to greet Arvind Kejriwal.

The yatra ended at Bawana in the afternoon. With end of fifth day, AAP has now covered 14 assembly constituencies (1/5th) of the total of 70 in the Delhi Legislative Assembly.

We have received a very-very encouraging response from people of Delhi in the last five days. Love and affection received from people have boosted our morale by leaps and bounds.

We are thankful to them for solidly standing with us. December 8 is going to be a start of new era in politics of the country.

AAP is formed for providing a clean and honest alternative to people of Delhi. We will do everything to fulfil all our promise including giving Janlokpal , within 15 days of forming government, and Swaraj within 100 days of our government.

The 22-day Yatra started on Sunday has covered 14 constituencies so far and will cover all the 70 assembly constituencies of Delhi by December 1. AAP’s main aim behind the yatra is to spread its message, ‘Jhadu Chalao Beiman Bhagao’, and reach every citizen of Delhi seeking their support in cleansing of the corrupt political system.
